CSA Terms

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT:

Our CSA program is non-refundable and shares are not to be downgraded once you have signed up for the season. By signing up, I recognize and understand that entering a CSA agreement may incur some risk. Severe weather, disease and insect damage, and other natural factors may affect the variety and quantity of produce that Ort Farms is able to offer in my weekly share. I understand that my share cost is nonrefundable for a cash refund or store credit and not eligible for a downgrade.
