Weekly Procedures of CSA
Here is a snapshot of how the CSA will work each week, and what the members will be asked to do.
As you already know, you can personalize your CSA choices. Each week, you will get a list of the weekly produce that you will be offered on pick up day. These items will be prefilled into your shopping cart on your Farmigo account. Different share sizes will have different lists. If an item on this list does not meet your needs, you may substitute it out or duplicate another item.
Each member will login to the Farmigo Store on Saturday's at 12PM. In your shopping cart, there will be pre-filled items. Those are the items that are available for your share size that week. If you would like to substitute, you may delete items from your cart and “shop” for other items in the store that add up to the same value. Please refer to the Farmigo support page for further instructions.
Please note: If you do not wish to change items in your shopping cart, you do not need to do anything with your cart!! You will always automatically be setup for the "as is share" each week. However, if you do not make your substitutions within the deadlines listed below, they are not guaranteed to be honored. This will allow us to harvest the proper amount and eliminate waste. It is vital that we work together to make the CSA be as efficient as possible!!
The Farmigo store will OPEN on Saturday at 12PM and CLOSE on Sunday at 7PM, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
If you registered for TUESDAY Pick up: Please arrive between 12:00PM-7:00PM and check in to pick up your share. Pickup time is PROMPTLY at 12PM!!
If you registered for THURSDAY Pick Up: Please arrive between 11AM - 6:00PM to check in and pick up your produce. Pick- up time is PROMPTLY at 9:30AM!!
