Rules/ Regulations:
If you miss your pickup and do not notify us via phone (908-876-3351) or email (csa@ortfarms.com). At the end of your pickup day, your share will be donated to the local food pantry.
If you do not notify via phone or email that you are unable to pick up your share on pickup day, you are not able to pick up your share on a following day.
If you miss a pickup and have already used your vacation week, you may not double- up another week to make up for this. It takes careful and precise planning to reserve a specific amount allotted for each member, each week.
We ask you to make every attempt to pick up on your designated day, but we know that life happens! The following changes can be made on a weekly basis, for a $5 service fee for each change. The first time the fee will be waived as a courtesy, but continuous changes will be charged. This applies to the following situations...
-You must notify us via email at csa@ortfarms.com prior to the end of your pickup day!!
-We allow you to change from a Tuesday pick up to Thursday pick up and vice versa as needed.
-If you want us to box your share for you, we can.
** In the event that you are running late and cannot pickup between the pickup hours, please email csa@ortfarms.com OR call our farm stand at 908-876-3351**
Please also note: If adjustments are made to your planned pickup time and are outside our pickup hours, we cannot guarantee availability of your share items.
Furthermore, after one day of your requested change day has passed, your share will be given to a local food pantry.
