Managing Notifcations

Turning off email notifications from your Google Classroom

Follow these four basic steps to turn off Google Classroom work and deadline notifications:

  1. Launch your Google Classroom and click on the three bars on the top left hand corner.


2. Scroll down your class list the the setting button, and click on it to open your settings.


3. Scroll down to the notifications section and slide the button across to the left.


4. It should turn grey and you’ll no longer be sent email notifications. Remember, this means you will now need to manage your deadline without reminders.
