Welcome! Early STEAM Oregon is a collaboration between Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) and the Early Learning System Initiative (ELSI).

Our team works to build capacity for STEAM capacity for early educators and coaches in Oregon through long-form learning opportunities, resources, and other supports.
