The Early STEAM Oregon Team consists of team members from the Early Learning System Initiative (ELSI) Professional Learning Core. We work with partners across Oregon to provide professional learning opportunities and resources for early educators, community partners, coaches, CCR&R staff, and more.

Our workshops align with early educator competencies and emphasize cultural and linguistic responsiveness. We provide workshops for conferences and professional development days both in-person and online. We create free resources, materials, and supports for educators as well.

We aim to create soft learning spaces that welcome everyone for who they are, as they are. We value the insight and experiences of every educator and we seek to uplift their voices in the field of early childhood education.
