The Ord FCCLA Chapter is proud to have many active members and provide opportunities for students to engage with our community, school, and families! For the 2021-2022 school year, Ord Public Schools added a new full-time Family and Consumer Sciences Program which has helped our chapter flourish and grow. It has been 13 years since our school has had a full-time Family and Consumer Sciences Program at the high school level.

The town of Ord is located in Central Nebraska and has a population of roughly 2,000 people. Our town is home to an elementary school, a private elementary school, and a high school! We also have a hospital, two hotels, many restaurants, and many local businesses! We love our community and one of our chapter goals is to help out in many ways and contribute to our communities goals! Our community is surrounded by waterways and recreational areas, including the North Loup River, Calamus Dam and Lake, and the Davis Creek Reservoir.
