Hi! I am Ms. Hornickel, the FCCLA sponsor at Ord High School. I teach Family and Consumer Sciences classes and am the Assistant Coach for the One-Act Program. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2019. This is my third year teaching and first year teaching at Ord High School. After 13 years of not having a full-time FCS program, I am so excited for the opportunity to re-open the program at my alma-mater!

President

The President of the Ord FCCLA Chapter is Annabel Zaruba. She is a second-year FCCLA member and a sophomore at Ord High School. Annabel is involved in many school activities such as; Student Council, Band, Spanish Club, Speech, Drama, Volleyball, Dance, Class of 2024 Vice President, FCCLA, and she also took part in being a Anne Frank traveling museum tour guide. She is also the Vice President of STAR for District 9. Annabel's duties as our chapter President include; leading and planning FCCLA meetings, recruiting members, and promoting FCCLA.

Vice President

Kaci Bruha - Sophomore

Kaci is a first-year FCCLA member. Besides FCCLA, she is involved in Dance, Volleyball, and Student Council. Kaci is also the Class of 2024 Secretary. Her duties as Vice President of FCCLA include; taking over president duties when the president is unable to and updating social media.

Secretary

Hannah Klein - Sophomore

Hannah is second-year FCCLA member. She is included in many school activities including; FFA, Softball, Drama, Speech, Spanish Club, and Dance. Hannah's duties as FCCLA Secretary include; taking notes at meetings, taking attendance at meetings, and makes announcements for FCCLA meetings.

Treasurer

Madison Trejo - Sophomore

Madison is a first-year FCCLA member. She is on the Dance Team as well as being involved in FCCLA. Madison's duties as Treasurer include; collecting dues, keeping track of money for the chapter, updating the chapter budget, and chairing the fundraising committee.
