For this assignment, I was tasked with creating a story about technology and how it will eventually go wrong. I wrote my story about a man by the name of John who loses his wife Jolene in an accident and this results in him going into a profound depression. He loses his job as a robotics engineer and is now unemployed. One day he sees a commercial for an android that you can have to keep you company. John orders the android and makes it look exactly like his late wife. Even going as far as naming her Jolene. However, John becomes abusive towards the android. Physically and verbally abusing her. One day the android becomes fed up with the abuse and kills John by stabbing him and running away. For this assignment, I received a 100% and I am the utmost grateful for it. I put a lot of time and effort into this story and I am glad that is reflected in my grade.

For this assignment, I was tasked with choosing a person who should be bestowed the title of Person of the Year for 2022. I chose to do my project on American rapper Kendrick Lamar. I chose him for this project because it goes without saying that Lamar is a very influential figure in not only the music industry but the world. His music explores themes of racism, police brutality, gang violence, drug abuse, and many other issues that plague our society. He is a very poetic and relatable person who many people including myself find comfort in. I received an 87.5%. I am very proud of this project and my presentation of it, however, according to my teacher there are some aspects of it that could have been improved and I am more than grateful enough to receive constructive criticism for my work.
