Honors Physics

An assignment that I glowed on during the first marking period was this one, Forest Ranger. Me and my classmates had the honor to speak to an actual forest ranger who was able to speak and answer questions about his job. A fun and one-of-kind experience.

An assignment that I could have grown on during the first marking period was this one, The Big Bang. I was able to complete this assignment, however, I was not able to add my work in order to recieve a proper grade on it. Still, I do believe that if I were able to show my work, I would have recieved a good score.

An assignment I could have grown on during the second marking period was this one, the Homework CER. In this assignment I was asked to provide a claim, evidence and reasoning to support a opinion I had. At the time I was unfamiliar with what exactly was being asked of me. However, I have learned since then and have improved on future CERs. 

An assignment during the second marking period that I glowed on was this one, the Magnetism Test. During this time in physics, we had just done an entire unit studying magnetism. This test was to prove what we learned and I was able to do just that. This unit was very fun and engaging.

An assignment during the third marking period that I glowed on was this one, Test: Energy. This assignment was a test based on all the things I was taught about energy. It consisted of questions that needed me to identify the amount of energy in certain systems. I was successful and received an excellent grade.

An assignment during the third marking period that I could have grown on was this one, The Panel Question. This was a very serious assignment to show what I learned from physics and present it to district administration. I feel that I definitely could have done better.

An assignment during the fourth marking period that I glowed on was this one, the Electromagnetic Energy Test. This assignment was exactly what it sounds like, it prompted my classmates and I to prove what we learned about electromagnetic energy, along with a bit of magnetism.

An assignment that I could have grown on during the fourth marking period was this one, the Waves 2 Test. This assignment was about wavelength and its different properties, size, frequency, etc. For me, this was fairly new and a bit hard to understand which could explain why I did not do the best on this test.
