This assignment was to create and simulate a transfer system which uses a Convery belt and sensors to move and detect the part that was put on it. This project was kind of a task since we had learned how to use the Vex5 parts and need to come up with a design that we were gonna be able to use. This was hard but we eventually were able to come up with a design and structure that is good.
At the start before building we had to get a sketch of what our design would look like. This was especially the case since we had no idea how to start the project and design it. We tried the best we could to come up with a design and ended up doing something similar to the sketch.
This was an assignment putting giving us blocks with certain milling process done on them. Using OnShape a CAD program to design the block and then using KiriMoto a CAM program to actually simulate the milling process done on them. In this assignment the main issue was trying to use KiriMoto because it was the first time using it and need more time to understand it and be able to use it.
This was the second part to CAM Strategies Part 1 and in this one the main assignment was the same as the last one. This time there was a harder challenge in the design since they were more elaborate then the first time. This time I had already some experience with KiriMoto and was able to complete it faster and better then the first time.
We have been using Vex5 parts since the beginning of the year and over time we have been using all of them to build different parts. Then we had to integrated a pneumatic press to be able to push blocks out of a certain dropper. We were able to come up with a system that uses a railing device to push the syringe. Although that our build worked in the practice runs it had some of the malfunctions that we could have fixed.

This program worked really well and would have done well if the build was better.
