In this assignment, we created our own story based on 3 trade routes, The Silk Road, The Indian Ocean Trade Route, and the Saharan Dessert Route, using vocabulary we learned from this unit. 

In this assignment, we were tasked to search up and learn about 5 different trading good on the Silk road, Indian Ocean Trade route, and Saharan Dessert Route. Each good had a paragraph of information with citations.

This document was to help prepare for our in class debates about the combination of religion and state. We had to research and cite for both pro and con sides of the argument. 

In the midyear writing task, we were given a prompt as-well as 7 different pieces of evidence to analyze and answer the question. This prompt revolved around the economy of china in the 1800's.

Our Philosopher assignment was research on 4 different philosophers. we learned about philosphers to understand how they influenced the world and current beiliefs and advancements.

In this assignment we were tasked to do research on child labor, this was in preparation of our in class child labor debate. We had to research and cite for both pro and con sides of the argument.

This was a group project in which we focused on a country in Africa before and after imperialism/ colonization. We were tasked as a group to do background information and then create a slide based on what we learned. We were then able to present in groups to our class.

In this project, we were given a list of inventions created during the industrial revolution. We had to pick on of the invention and create a project based on the invention. I decided to create an advertisement that included information about the invention, creator, and how it has improved daily life.
