Phase I: Needs Assessment

Community survey
Design workshop with CAH staff (April 30th)

Phase II: Plan Design

(May - August)

Design workshop with CAH commissioners (May 27)
Public feedback on draft plan opportunities, including open public meetings and digital feedback opportunities:
1. 1. Postponed June 9, 4pm: In-person listening session (open to all; CAH office)
  2. June 10: 4pm: Virtual listening session (open to all)
  3. June 10, 1:30pm: Grantee feedback session
  4. Postponed June 11, 6pm: Grantee feedback session
  5. June 12, 1pm: Interagency Creative Council/CAH partners
  6. Postponed June 13, 11am: Virtual listening session (open to all)
  7. July 21-31: Asynchronous comment period
Public comment on the Draft Strategic Plan was open from July 21-31:
1. July 21, 4 pm: In-person feedback session at CAH Office
2. July 29, 4 pm: Virtual feedback session
3. Submit anonymous written comment between July 21-31
Final plan approved (August)

Phase III: Implementation
