Strategic Plan Facilitator

The D.C. Commission on Arts and Humanities (CAH) partnered with Opportunity Consulting, to facilitate the development of the Commission’s multi-year Strategic Plan.

Opportunity Consulting, a dba of IBG Consulting Group, is a national Women- and Minority-Owned Certified Business Enterprise (W/MBE) founded in 2012 with a mission to foster equity and improvement through education, workforce, and community services.

We collaborate with school systems, municipalities, non-profits, agencies, and philanthropies at the national, state, and local levels to address systemic barriers to high-quality education, career access, and economic opportunity. Our work drives impactful transformation rooted in collaboration, stakeholder engagement, diverse partnerships, and inclusive strategies. This strategic planning process was headed by Chief Strategy Officer Dr. Lyndsay Brown and Senior Associate Anannya Sharma.
