Welcome

Welcome to the Coordinator of Volunteers Year end report for 2016-2017. Here you will find reports from our 11 working groups, survey results, and information on volunteer placements, social media and other aspects of the work I've been fortunate to be involved with over the year(s).

It's my belief that a strong, healthy organization requires divergent thinking, openness to new opportunities, the ability to make changes easily (agile), and radical transparency, all guided by a clear strategic direction.

I hope you will engage with the various aspects of this living document, and share your comments, suggestions and advice on our work here, or over a fair trade tea/coffee at MUSC 229.

Thanks in advance for your time and interest,

Randy Kay - Coordinator of Volunteers
