Culture and traditions of Italy - food, folklore, dance and music

Workshops at school - pizza lab, music and art

"Ecomuseo della Montagna Pistoiese" - excursion (the path of coal, chestnut flour production - the mill)

DAY 4

Visit to Cutigliano lover secondary school and the castle of Cutigliano village

Excursion - Doganaccia (The Apenines)

Presentation of environmental, faunistic and botanical heritage
