From the 1st until the 6th of December, our school (Gymnasio Plomariou) visited Marklowice of Poland for the needs of our Erasmus+ project "National Heritage for our common European heritage". During the visite, the 2 teachers and the 4 students had the chance to meet with life and culture of the Polish nation. They also had the chance to see some of the traditions for Christmas celebrations but also to see an Unesco monument ( silver mine of Tarnowskie Gory) and the Black Trout Adit. The second day they visited the ex capital of Poland, Krakow, and its beauty and the last day a reservation camp for Wisent and other animals and a farm where the students saw how life was in agricultural Poland 100 years ago. Students enjoyed very much their visite to Poland and they will have memories for all their life.
