Refine security, compliance, and IT FAQs, taking inspiration from other institutions: Wharton’s ChatGPT Knowledge Base, Harvard’s guidelines for using generative AI, and Harvard’s IT help resources. (Owner: Project Leads, IT & Admins, Marketing & Communications)
Develop an Internal AI Vision including stakeholder mapping, AI adoption policy, activation targets, and communication plan. (Owner: Project Leads)
Week 2: Activating Users
Focus: Empowering users with the tools and support to confidently adopt ChatGPT

Build prompt packs for your university and publish them on an accessible site (Student starter prompts, Faculty starter prompts, Staff/Administrator sample prompts) (Owner: Project Leads, Marketing and Communications)
Update ticket system macros and help-desk routing so ChatGPT Edu questions land with the right team (IT and Admins)
Week 4: Driving Adoption
Focus: Expanding ChatGPT EDU usage through creative and campus-wide engagement

Host role-based live or virtual trainings with your users using OpenAI’s ChatGPT Essentials deck. Week 5: Measuring Impact & Scaling
