Speaker A presents their draft
(5 minutes — uninterrupted)

Listener B summarizes A’s project
(3 minutes)

Listener B critiques structure only
(5 minutes)

Speaker A responds
(3 minutes)

Then switch roles.

Feedback Must Address

• Is the gap distinct from the problem?

• Is the hook strategic rather than rhetorical?

• Is the framework position realistic?

• Is there a missing research phase?

• Is the intended maturity level realistic?

• Does the project structurally extend beyond publication?

Not grammar.
Not formatting.

Portfolio Integration (5 minutes)

After the dialogue complete all prompts.

Be precise about:

• Structural weaknesses

• Phase misalignment

• Over-claimed maturity

• Concrete revision decisions
