Student Work (30 minutes)

Open your Blueprint:

Structural Positioning (Day 1)

In point form, you must:

1. Draw your research arc by hand.

2. Indicate your current phase and maturity level.

3. Identify any missing or preceding phases.

4. Identify the next logical phase.

5. Identify who will benefit.

6. Indicate your realistic maturity ambition.
   
   

Keep the drawing simple.

This is not a graphic design exercise.
It is architectural diagnosis.

After drawing:

Write five structural insight bullet points beneath your sketch.

These must address:

• Where you truly are

• What is missing

• What is premature

• What must happen before advancement

• Who ultimately decides adoption
  
  

Upload a clear image of your sketch into your Blueprint.

Output Anchor

By the end of this block, you must have:

• A completed Structural Sketch in Blueprint Section 2

• Five structural insight bullet points
  
  

This sketch is diagnostic.

It will directly inform your written positioning draft in Block 3.
