Masters students without full time work experience are welcome to apply to our Consulting Analyst position, as long as they are graduating in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025. Our internships & Software Engineer Level 1 roles are only open to current undergraduate students.
We prefer to start all entry-level teammates together in classes so they can attend training, participate in ongoing mentorship and build their network. We find this creates a strong, cohesive class that provides a great support system as you grow your career at Qvest. We encourage all winter graduates to apply to our next year's analyst class. For example, if you are graduating in December 2024, we encourage you to apply for our 2025 Analyst class.

Our consulting team must be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY in order to support clients in-person at their offices in these cities.
Our development team is based in Austin, TX.
We typically target between 40-45 billable hours per week and expect training, industry research and/or internal efforts to be a few hours in addition. We value finding a balance between project work, internal work and your home life.

Professional Development is a core aspect of our commitment to our people, and it is viewed as critical to the continued growth of our company. The intent of our program is to enable our team to set their own professional development and provide avenues to achieve them. Every employee receives regular performance reviews, opportunities for external trainings and certifications, and encouraged participation in a mentorship program.
We have a 360 degree performance management program that starts with setting goals annually, recurring mentor meetings and project lead meetings, quarterly feedback cadence, an annual midyear discussion and end of year compensation evaluation and promotion cycle. We also have a competency matrix that defines what each person should be doing to meet or exceed expectations in their role.
