Credit Recovery

The Guy Kokesh Area Learning Center offers a credit recovery opportunity for students missing credits required for graduation from Onamia Public Schools. This program is open to any high school student who is behind in credits. 

Credit Recovery is available  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 3:30 to 6:00pm and one Saturday a month from 10am to 4pm. Check our facebook for dates.  Follow the link for the up-to-date calendar (subject to change). 

Credit recovery requires both seat time and completion of a specific amount of work. Work that is completely finished and of at least 80% accuracy, along with 25 hours of seat time will satisfy criteria for earning ½ credit, 50 hours of seat time will satisfy criteria for earning 1 credit.  All work must be done at the ALC and be completed by end of May 2024 for credits to count towards graduation in 2024.
