Since July 2024, through the Colorado Trust's Community Resilience Initiative, Omni has provided tailored capacity-building support to CRI grantees in the Mental/Behavioral Health and Housing cohorts. This support includes:
Individualized technical assistance and coaching delivered at a pace set by each organization
Learning community sessions, including trainings and lightly facilitated peer spaces
Resources, templates, and tools
Omni's approach is grounded in community-based adult learning and change management frameworks and supports grantees across all stages of their project lifecycle, from startup and assessment through planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability.
Omni offers timely, customized support to individuals working at funded organizations, utilizing specialized expertise, communication, and collaboration to build skills and knowledge, improve systems and performance, or create tools and resources to strengthen program and service delivery. Individual technical assistance (TA) and coaching occur throughout the grant cycle at a pace decided between the coach and the individual organization.
