Request for Qualifications (RFQ): 

Property Valuation and Adaptive Reuse Evaluation Services

Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified entities to provide professional services for the evaluation, planning, and strategic reuse of District-owned properties, including vacant land and underutilized facilities. The District seeks experienced firms with expertise in real estate valuation, adaptive reuse planning, redevelopment strategy, and historic evaluation to help establish a transparent, data-informed framework for future asset management and community-supported stewardship.

Key Submission Details:

• Questions Due: Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST (via email to hperez@okcps.org).

• Submittal Deadline: Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST.

• Submission Method: Hand-deliver five (5) physical copies and one (1) USB drive containing the documents in PDF format to 2734 Miramar Blvd., Building #3, Door #3.
