OKCPS Native American Clubs aim to maintain cultural awareness and an Indigenous presence on school campuses.   Clubs organize a variety of events throughout the year and participate in NASS district events like the Annual OKCPS PowWow. During Native American Heritage Month in November, each Native American Club may host activities to bring awareness to Native culture in their schools.  Native American clubs within schools are established and organized by students within that school and school faculty.   NASS acts a supporting agent to the clubs to help provide any needed assistance.
