OKCPS' Early Childhood Department provides services to families of young children, ages birth to 8, through parent educator programs, Parents as Teachers and Early Birds, childcare programs, at Emerson North High School, US Grant High School, and Gatewood Early Learning Center, and educational programming in grades PK through 2nd.
