Course Progression

The following is a detailed course progression list for each grade of the IB Programme at Choctawhatchee High School. We follow the Florida IB Schools Curriculum, meaning that certain graduation requirements (PE, fine arts, personal fitness, etc.) are not required for students who complete the IB Programme. 

Traditionally, students will take a total of 7 classes per semester, meaning that 1-2 electives will be required each year. Students can choose from any electives offered at Choctaw, including additional AP classes, Band, sports, Leadership, art, etc. The IB electives listed below are not required, but are options.
