CAS

Recent CAS projects have included beautifying local schools through murals and painting a multiplication hopscotch court at an elementary school. IB students continue to work hard to improve their communities!

CAS Coordinators:

CAS Requirements:

9th & 10th Grade Students: Complete 75 hours of Community, Activity, Service, roughly evenly divided among the three strands.

11th & 12th Grade Students: Complete at least one CAS activity per week, logged with photographic evidence and reflection.

Complete a self-designed and executed CAS project and reflection.

Important CAS Deadlines for Current students:

9th Graders: Must log 25 hours before Spring Break in their Freshman year.

10th Graders: Must log an additional 50 hours by the 1st day of the 3rd 9-weeks of their Sophomore year (first week of January).

11th Graders: Must meet before the end of the 1st semester with CAS coordinators to discuss progress and ideas for their CAS project.

Will have an informal meeting about CAS during the Spring Semester of their Junior year.

12th Graders: Must complete a final CAS interview before the end of the first semester of their Senior year and within one week of having completed the project.
