Right here are my two sketches for the day! One was a log, on the right, with rocks surrounding it, and the one on the left was the stream parting because of a mini island.
Reflection on 7/22/24
Today we tried finding macro-invertebrates. The air today was 80 degrees fahrenheit and the water was 70.7 degrees fahrenheit, it was partly cloudy and the water was going slower than yesterday. The riffles were still fast and shallow. The pH of the water was still like 6,6 and 6. The conductivity had changed a lot it was around 132. Everything went super smooth but I didn't find as many macro-invertebrates as I wanted to. I found one worm but I also caught fish!
