Synchronous video conferencing
Zoom is a cloud-based platform for video, voice, and content sharing, which can be run on nearly all devices. The easy-to-use features allow for teachers and students to focus on instruction, and spend more time on providing feedback and support, and engaging in rich educational experiences. Video and audio quality are also among the highest available, all while using limited bandwidth to connect users.
As a platform, Zoom provides students and teachers with a powerful method of communicating and collaborating in real time.
During synchronous face-to-face or online learning sessions, Zoom creates a feeling of presence for remote attendees through classroom options, such as dual display setups, Airplay integration, and interactive touchscreen features.
