There are two ways to book an interpreter over video

1. Using Propio ONE: Priopio’s instant conferencing platform, which does not require reservations ahead of time- i.e. immediate connection with a live translator over video

   • Contact your divisional Administrative Assistant for this code and to approve/ document your Propio use

   • Visit https://one.propio-ls.com/login & login with OES Code

   • Find your desired language and click the video icon at right

   • You’ll be matched with an interpreter and can invite other attendees via email

2. Scheduling for Zoom: You can schedule a live interpreter ahead of time to join a scheduled Zoom meeting. Requests will need at least 24 business hours to be filled.

   • Call 1-503-438-7444

   • Follow prompts to select language needed, or press “0” for Client Services to schedule for future appts. You’ll give your info on the Zoom meeting and hear back via email when an interpreter is confirmed.
