Students may be referred for Odyssey Online Learning (OOL) Special Education (SPED) services if a school staff member reasonably believes a student may have an unaddressed disability. Others, including parents, who reasonably believe a student has a disability, may also refer the child, including a homeless child, to the Odyssey Online Learning (OOL) Special Education (SPED) Coordinator. Referrals must be in writing and include an explanation as to why the person believes the child is a child with a disability.
Students are expected to attend Special Education (SPED) Transition class live lessons. Students and Parents are expected to contact the Special Education (SPED) Coordinator with questions or concerns regarding Special Education (SPED) support or to contact the Director of Compliance for questions regarding 504 support.
