Students who are experiencing technical issues can call Edmentum's Technical Support for help. Not all technical issues can be resolved over the phone so an additional means of support may be needed.
Students are expected to troubleshoot technical issues before calling Edmentum Technical Support. Please do the following:
Remove Pop-up Blockers
Log out of Genius & Courseware
Clear Internet Browsing History
Restart Computer
Verify Login Information
Students are also expected to notify the Student Engagment Specialist (SES) of the issue.
