Students have the opportunity to attend live help sessions with teachers and Student Engagement Specialists. During Masterclass, a staff member will work with students individually, in real time, to discuss questions and overcome academic obstacles.

Students are expected to seek help whenever they experience academic issues. Students are expected to attend live help sessions whenever there are questions related to assignments or there are other academic obstacles.Â
