Learner Needs: Facilitators need access to a source that promotes NACADA Facilitator Expectations recall.
Design Solution: Due to the top ten expectations being a form of declarative knowledge, I designed a job aid for facilitators to refer back to during and after the training.
Learner Needs: Upon purchasing a Cadillac Mountain Park Pass, attendees recieve a cluttered email with randomized information for them to utilize on their way up the mountain. Park attendees need to view this information in another way to increase competency and decrease the overall visitation to the information center to help clarify any misunderstanding.
Design Solution: I created a sleek job aid that does not remove any information that the park provided in the email. This also contains a map reference that can help park attendees navigate more effectively.
