It may surprise you to learn (or maybe not!) that a young worker, or someone that is new to a job, is more likely to be injured at work than someone who has been doing the job for a long period of time.
Why? It’s not because you’re clumsy. Usually, it’s a mix of not getting enough training, feeling too shy to ask questions, or just being the new kid who wants to please the new boss.
