Personal protective equipment in the industrial setting is classified as heavy duty in most cases. Environments like construction, manufacturing, mining and factories would fall under this category. 

Here is some of the commonly found PPE in these workplaces:

• Head: Hard hats

• Eyes/Face: Safety goggles, face shields

• Ears: Earplugs, earmuffs

• Respiratory: Dust masks, respirators

• Hands: Heavy-duty gloves (e.g., cut-resistant, chemical-resistant)

• Body: Coveralls, flame-resistant clothing

• Feet: Steel-toe boots

• Fall Protection: Harnesses, lanyards
