The Learning Commons has a wide variety of technology for staff and student use. Students may use chromebooks and desktop computers while in the Learning Commons.
The Learning Commons has 6 desktop PC computers, a cart with 35 chromebooks (for in LC use)\.
3D Printing
3D Printing
The Learning Commons has a 3D printer. Students can print school projects at no cost or personal projects at $0.10 per gram.
Files must be submitted to the Library Technician (LT) in .STL format and on a USB. The LT will render the file and will provide the students with the amount of time it will take to print and the cost of printing.
and sometimes the 3D printer has a bad day !
