Please fill out the form below (last page in the Festival of Bands packet) and send it to school with your student. They may return it to Mrs. Honoré or Mrs. Medd. We will begin filling ticket requests as soon as we receive them. We will send tickets home with students starting on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
The Ticket Request Form can be found as the last page of the Festival of Bands information letter (embedded below).
· We are NOT responsible for requests not turned in or tickets lost by your student.
· If no request is turned in or tickets are lost, you may be able to acquire additional tickets on the day of the concert during the scheduled rehearsal or one hour before the concert start time
· As a courtesy to others: If you know you will not be using all or some of your tickets, please let your band director know. Also, if you have requested tickets and received them, but plans have changed and you will NOT be using them, please send them back to school with your student ASAP or drop them off at the INFO DESK first thing in the morning on the day of the concert so that they may be used by other families.

TICKETS are REQUIRED to attend the “Festival of Bands”. Each student will be allotted 3 tickets total. You may choose tickets for the 2:30 PM or 5 PM concert in any combination up to 3. Tickets are FREE and available on a first come, first serve basis. In the Festival of Bands letter, you will find a ticket request form. Please fill it out and send it to school with your student. We will begin filling ticket requests and tickets will be sent home with your student beginning Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. We are NOT responsible for requests not turned in or tickets lost by your student. If no request is turned in or tickets are lost, you may be able to acquire additional tickets on the day of the concert during the scheduled rehearsal or one hour before the concert start time. We will make every effort to accommodate time requests. However, once the allotted number of tickets for a performance has been handed out, we will fill remaining orders with tickets for the alternate time. In the event that you receive tickets for the concert time that you did not request, or you would like more than 3 tickets, you may come in the day of the concerts during the rehearsal and/or one hour before the concert start time to try to acquire additional tickets or arrange for a trade for a different concert time. BE ADVISED; we CANNOT guarantee the availability of additional tickets on the day of the concerts. We also CANNOT guarantee the availability of tickets for the specific time you choose. Tickets are strictly FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. **If you end up with tickets that you know you will NOT be using, please send them back to school with your student ASAP or drop them off at the INFO DESK first thing in the morning on the day of the concert so that they may be used by other families.
