Thanks for joining us at Campopoly! See you next year.
Still curious about SCHS Leadership Camp? We’ve rounded up the most common questions (and answers!) below to help you get all the info you need.
Because team dynamics are built throughout the entire weekend, unfortunately, we cannot allow campers to leave and then return. You are welcome to leave early if necessary (please see the sign-out procedure below), but once you leave, you will not be able to come back.
Sorry to hear you won’t be able to stay for the full camp! Please let one of the Armadillos (supervisors) know at the beginning of camp. When it’s time for you to leave, bring all of your gear to the cafeteria and introduce your parent/guardian to an Armadillo. They will provide the necessary paperwork for your parent/guardian to sign before you head out.
No need—meals are provided, and our kitchen parents (along with Armadillo, T-Mac!) work hard to make delicious food throughout the weekend. Sometimes the meals even match the theme, like at our Special Dinner! You’re welcome to bring your own extra snacks if you’d like. We do recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as we’ll have refill stations available all weekend.
We've made a list of what to pack so you don't miss anything!
At camp, the real magic happens when you meet new people and form connections you didn’t expect. To help build a supportive South community, groups are mixed across grades and friend groups. We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the experience by meeting and connecting with new people. You'll leave camp with new friends and amazing memories!
If you’re not feeling well or need to leave camp, let an Armadillo know right away and check in with your Builders. It’s important that we know before you go anywhere so we can support you and contact your parents if needed. We’re here to help!
