Lottery

After registration, if we have more students that want to attend the event than space available, a lottery will be held.

The names of those selected to attend will be displayed in Guidance. If you were not selected in the first round, you have two options:

You can leave your registration package with Ms. Francis in Resource/LST (Frankie), which will put you on the waitlist; or
You can request that your funds be returned to you right away - this means you will not be considered for the waitlist.

If you choose to go on the waitlist and you don't end up with a spot at camp, your money will be reimbursed to you the week after camp.

Refund Policy

If you find out you are unable to attend camp after registering, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be paid according to the following timetable:

If you withdraw from camp by October 30, your refund will be $50; between October 31-November 6, your refund will be $30.

Please note that if you withdraw after November 6, there will be NO REFUND.
