• An Enriched version of Advanced Functions and Calculus & Vectors

• Students taking the course get a head start on University Calculus

• Students have the option of taking the AP Calculus exam – scoring high gives the option to bypass first year Calculus altogether

• The full MHF4U & MCV4U courses will be covered and students will write the same assessments and receive the same course credits as the regular program

• In addition students will study the following extra content:

Implicit Differentiation

A more rigorous look at Differentiability

Problems with related rates

Differential Equations

Integrations & Antiderivatives

Riemann Sums

Problems involving Integration

• The additional content will not be graded towards the high school marks

• The AP Exam is optional

• The AP exam is taken to receive advanced standing at University

• Students need to be hardworking and quick learners

• Acceptance to the course is based on past grades
