ACCESS Supported Art Contests
Throughout the year, ACCESS Arts supports student participation in four meaningful art contests that connect creativity with history, health, community, and inclusion. Students may create an original interpretation of the historic Old Orange County Courthouse for the Old Courthouse Museum Society, develop artwork promoting tobacco- and vape-free choices for TUPE, submit work to the Orange County Department of Education’s OC Arts for All showcase, and participate in OC Arts and Disability, which celebrates the creative voices and accomplishments of artists with disabilities. We provide inspiration, project guidance, materials when available, and support through the submission process so students can share their perspectives, build confidence, and experience the excitement of presenting their work to a wider audience.
