Politics A Level is a two-year linear course.
Students will take the Edexcel A Level and there will be three examined ‘components’ at the end of Year 13.
Component 1 and 2 (UK Politics & Government and Ideologies) will be studied together throughout Year 12 and the beginning of Year 13.
Component 3 will be studied and completed in year 13.
Paper 1 - UK Politics and Core Ideologies
Paper 2 - UK Government and Non Core Ideologies (Feminism)
Paper 3 - Global Politics
