The AP Credit Request form gives you the info you need to submit a request and a list of credits you can earn and the scores required on the AP exams.
Submitting AP scores from College Board has a $15 cost. You get one free score sent though. But you have to arrange it BEFORE the deadline in June. See info on how to get your scores here.
