Do NOT use your OSTC account or your home school account!!!!
Use a personal email (Be sure it sounds professional).
If you do not have a personal google account, go here:
https://accounts.google.com/signin
Click on your avatar on the top right of the screen.
Click on Add account
Choose “For my personal use”
Follow the instructions.
Set Up Your Folders:
1. Go to your Google Drive
2. 📁 Create a new folder and name it “My Portfolio”
3. Open this folder
4. 📁 Create a new folder and name it “Pictures”
5. 📁 Create a new folder and name it “Career Tree”
6. 📁 Create a new folder and name it “Business Card”
Organize Your Documents:
1. 📃Find your resume and move it to the “My Portfolio” folder
2. 📃Find your cover letter (if you have one) and move it to the “My Portfolio” folder
3. 📃📃📃Find your Career Tree (career tree worksheets and essay) and move them to the “Career Tree” folder
Make a Personal Copy
1. Open Google, copy this link and paste it in the address bar.

2. Click on the pencil in the bottom right corner
3. Click on the 3 vertical dots to the left of the Publish button.
4. Select “Make a copy”.
5. On the pop-up screen, rename the site lastname-firstname-portfolio then click OK.
6. Move this file into your “my portfolio” folder.
