🌟 The final step is to present your business idea to the class.  This presentation should:

• at least 10 minutes, but not more than 20 minutes long

• be professional

• include a powerpoint (or Google slides) presentation

• Explain you business, including the lean business plan, the name and logo, the floor plan, and the startup cost estimate.

• You should also explain what you learned by doing this project, including what is the most difficult part of starting a business.

🌟 Prepare your signature dish for your "soft opening".  Include this in your presentation.
