In this step, you will create a layout for your restaurant.

Be sure to label rooms and areas where services are to be given.Β NOT ONLY the names of rooms but their dimensions.

What is your restaurant's vibe?
Now that you have the physical space of your restaurant laid out, you need to figure out what "the look" and "the feel" of your restaurant will be.
Consider the decor: color scheme, furniture, lighting, music etc.
If you are having trouble visualizing your dream, the video might give you some ideas.Β
Work with your technical advisor to come up with "the look" of your restaurant.Β Choose color, furniture, and finishes for your restaurant.Β You will incorporate these into your final presentation.
