On Monday, February 23rd, ten FFA Members travelled to Newell - Fonda High School to compete in Sub District Contests.
Conduct of Meetings consisted of President: Peyton Kinnaman, Vice President: Gavin Ullrich, Secretary: Chanel Schulte, Treasurer: Myles Iversen, Reporter: Briley Schultz, Sentinel: Michael Babcock, and Advisor: Alayna Swanger. This team received a bronze rating.
Remington Blackmore competed in the Creed Speaking contest and recieved a Gold Rating and is an Alternate to District Contests! In Creed Speaking contest, Remy had to memorize the entire FFA Creed written by E.M. Tiffany.
In the Job Interview contest, Shane Babcock interviewed for a Pet Grooming job. She was asked various interview questions and rated on her resume, cover letter, and the interview to recieve a Bronze Rating.
Addison Mohr competed in Chapter Website where she created this very chapter website from scratch and presented it to a panel of judges. She earned a Gold Rating and advanced to district contest on March 7th, 2026.
Dustin Riessen competed in the Individual Ag Sales contest and his product was a CASE IH Magnumm tractor. Dustin received a Bronze Rating.
OABCIG FFA Gold made up of Danny Weeda, Kash Schulte, Addison Mohr, and Chanel Schulte placed 3rd Overall as a team and placed 14th, 19th, 9th, and 62nd in that order. This team placed 2nd in Goats and 2nd in Swine.
OABCIG FFA Blue team members included Ben Riessen and Watson Susie. Ben placed 108th overall and Watson placed 45th overall.
On Tuesday, May 20th Watson Susie, Brogan Watkins, Dustin Riessen, and Tyler Riessen worked through various stations of electricity, welding, plumbing, machinery, and environmental. These four freshmen earned themselves a Silver rating placing 25th out of 44 teams.
Four first year members travelled to Kirkwood on June 10th to compete in the State Floriculture contest. The team made up of Saige Raasch, Addison Mohr, Breanne Wilcox, and Bailey Barber earned themselves a Bronze Rating. The team placed 11th in the team arrangement portion of the contest.
At State FFA Convention in Ames on April 13-15th a team made up of Ally Lundell, Sierra Jepsen, Jadyn Rigsbee, and Ashlyn Frye competed in the State Ag Biotechnology contest where they recieved Silver.
At the Team Ag Sales Contest four members pitched their ideas to sell a John Deere Skid Loader with attachment and tried to sell the product each individually to a judge. This team earned a Bronze Rating.
At State FFA Convention in Ames on April 13-15th a team made up of Gracie Raasch, Jaylee Williams, Shane Babcock, and Leah Sholty judged live poultry, cuts of poultry, and eggs.

On February 25th, 2025 Allison Hayden competed in the Creed Speaking where she presented the FFA Creed written by E.M. Tiffany. She recieved a Bronze Rating.
On February 25th, 2025 seven freshmen members travelled to Ridge View High School in Holstein. President was Addison Mohr. Vice President was Ashtyn Rehse. Secretary was Breanne Wilcox. Treasurer was Tori Johnson. Reporter was Bailey Barber. Sentinel was Saige Raasch. Advisor was Alayna Swanger.
