Salesforce Power Moves: Automation & CRM Strategy

What to expect

• You can jump straight into Workshop 4, without having done Workshop 1 - 3! 

• This is an interactive live Zoom session, led by an experienced facilitator. 

• The session will include: Scenarios, challenges, hands-on tasks, and reflection time.  

• The session will cover automation and org CRM strategy. 

What's included: 

• Participate in online sessions, delivered by a Facilitator qualified in Adult Education and Salesforce Certified! 

• Access to the CRM Online Learning Platform.

• Upon completion of the workshop, be issued with an NZALI-endorsed Digital Badge verifying your achievement! 

• Plus, you can earn an NZQA-approved micro-credential upon successful completion of all four workshops. 

Entry criteria

In order to participate in these workshops you need to:

• Be a New Zealand Resident / Citizen, or an Australian Resident / Citizen* 

• Be 18 years or older**

• Be able to confidently use Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

*If you are not a New Zealand or Australian Resident/Citizen, you must have an IELTS General score of 5.5 overall, or equivalent, with no band less than 5.
